| Description | The Pakistan Machine Tool Factory (Pvt) Limited (PMTF) intends to outsource the hospitalization Insurance coverage of its employees (permanent /contract and their Spouse & Children through a renowned & prestigious health insurance company, with the objective to ensure that employees receive quality health care through a wider panel of hospitals without any reduction in their currently available medical facilities for a period of one year from June 16, 2017 to June 15, 2018. For further information, please note the following ? The company/firm should be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax. ? The envelope containing the quotation should bear the phrase ?Hospitalization Insurance Coverage for PMTF Employees?. ? Interested Companies / Firms are requested to collect Tender Documents from Human Resources Division, PMTF on any working day from May 11, 2017 to May 20, 2017 between 09:00 am to 03:00 pm on submission of tender fee Rs. 1000/- (Non refundable) in the form of Pay Order in the name of Pakistan Machine Tool Factory, Karachi. ? Rate quoted must be in Pak Rupees & inclusive of all Taxes & other costs. ? The Bid should be accompanied by Earnest Money equal to 2% (refundable) of total quoted value in form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in the name of Pakistan Machine Tool Factory (Pvt) Ltd along with the Tender Documents. ? Bid along with company profile should be submitted by May 24, 2017 at 2:00 pm at the below mentioned address. Tender will be opened on the same day at 02:30 pm in the presence of representatives of companies / firms who wish to attend.
