INVITATION FOR BIDS

1.                   Indus River System Authority (IRSA) requires renewal of following software of GIS/MIS Centre at IRSA office, Islamabad”.

2.         Secretary, Indus River System Authority (IRSA) now invites sealed bids (with duties/taxes such as income, sales & customs) from eligible bidders for the supply of brand new above-mentioned items/services.

3.         Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 1100 hours on  25- May­, 2017  and must be accompanied by a Bid security @ 5 %  of the tender amount,  in shape of a Bank draft/Call Deposit in the name of Secretary, Indus River System Authority (IRSA), Government of Pakistan, Plot No:35, facing Kashmir Road, G-10/4, Mauve Area, Islamabad

4.           Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend at 1130 hours on 25 May , 2017 at the office of Secretary, IRSA, Government of Pakistan, Plot No: 35, facing Kashmir Road, G-10/4, Mauve Area, Islamabad.

5.         The Indus River System Authority, Government of Pakistan reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason to the bidder(s) under the rules. However, IRSA shall upon request communicate to any supplier or contractor who submitted a bid, the grounds for its rejection, but is not required to justify those grounds.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:-

1.	All the firms will have to submit the proof of GST registration.
2.	Government taxes prescribed rates must be included in the quotations.
3.	Exact Equivalent having same technical specifications and dimensions is acceptable. All term & condition must be specified clearly. Incomplete tenders will be rejected
4.	Call deposit of unsuccessful bidder will be returned back within one week.
5.	Bid Security to successful bidder will be refunded on deposit of Bank draft / Pay order of 10% of the tender amount as performance Guarantee.
6.	The successful bidder will be responsible to deliver the items within two weeks of the issuance of Supply Order.
7.	The competent Authority has the right to increase or decrease in the quantity.
