Job Summary:
The Chief of Party/Project Director will be the chief representative of the program and have ultimate responsibility for the overall leadership, management and implementation of the program. The Chief of Party/Project Director will meet the following minimum set of qualifications:
The role is generic and are open to review and further revision once and if the grant is approved.
Required Qualification, Skills & Experience:
• A Master’s degree in International Development Education, Education Leadership and Policy, Public Administration or another relevant area; Ph.D. preferred. • Seven to ten years of professional experience preferably involved in gender or education programs in international settings; • Proven leadership in the administration of large international development projects with skills in strategic planning, management, supervision and budgeting; • Familiarity with Pakistan particularly KPK strongly preferred. • Demonstrated ability to develop and communicate a common vision among diverse partners.
