IT Service Delivery Lead 

Qualifications

 Degree in Computer science/systems; electrical / electronic engineering OR Science of Arts with 2years IT diploma. 
  • 8+ years of industry experience in a managerial or team lead position preferably at an IT service desk environment of a conglomerate or an MNC 
  • Strong ITIL, ITSM, and Microsoft platform understanding 
  • Hands-on experience in IT Service Desk Management systems -  preferably HPSM 9.x   Strong Project management skills
  • An assertive, results-oriented team leader
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English language
