The documents that must be submitted to form your tender response are listed below. All documents required as part of your tender response should be submitted to umair.tamim@britishcouncil.org.pk by the Response Deadline, as set out in the Timescales section of this RFP. When email their proposal, applicants must clearly mention “Response to RFP: Building Resilience” in the subject line.12.2 Interested agencies will be required to submit a maximum 10-page proposal detailing the following:
- Profile of the agency, highlighting:
- Technical capacity & expertise (including profiles of in-house personnel) to deliver the research
- Prior experience with carrying out research on a similar subject and in a similar context
- Resources (human and physical) to carry out surveys, focus groups and interviews in selected communities
- Preliminary Literature Review, with sources
- Proposed methodology, including:
- Research approach
- Sampling, including geographic spread and target organizations/institutions to be surveyed
- Survey design (including sample questionnaires)
- Research plan
