Job Description

Under the direct supervision of the WHO Administrative and Finance Officer for Polio Eradication as the first level supervisor and the overall supervision of WHO Representative as the second level supervisor, the Finance Assistant will undertake the following duties:

1) Maintain appropriate accounting records of the funds of the program DDM Payments for assigned province.

2) Review check financial document and computerize accounts in relation to DDM payments

3) Prepares monthly Payroll sheet.

4) Checks Travel Claims and attachments and settle payments

5) Maintain cash for the office

6) Prepare budget for workshops and seminars including reimbursement of participant prepare statement of accounts

7) Prepares a monthly summary sheet for all expenses, related to the program (Support office and Sub Offices) Reconciliation of DDM Payments



8) Follow-up on SOA and maintains efficient filing system and records of all financial documents In relation to DDM documents

Required Skills
can work under pressure, Must be a good team player, Excellent communication and analytical skills, Knowledge of MS¬Office
