Human Resources Specialist                 


Role

Working with some of the top international beauty brands, our client is a fast growing beauty and cosmetics distributor in the Middle East. A position has become available for a Human Resources Specialist to join their exciting and entrepreneurial team where they will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of recruitment, training and development, employee relations and annual staff events.

This is a varied and all-encompassing role involving everything from managing store staff in several locations to arranging the annual company Christmas party.

Requirements

Our client is looking to hire a bright, forward thinking and savvy candidate with at least 1 years exposure to HR. It is crucial that you are unflappable and able to work independently and effectively within a fast-paced environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for an interesting role which will give them exposure to various aspects within HR whilst providing them with solid experience.
